Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses with Neil Graves

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the mental health equivalent of physical first aid.

MHFA England training provides participants with the skills and confidence to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards the right support.

MHFA England’s mission is to help people develop the skills to look after their own and others’ wellbeing and reduce the stigma associated with mental ill health.

MHFA is an internationally recognised course, taught in 25 countries around the world. There are now over 2.6 million people trained in MHFA skills worldwide

Hey!

I Am Neil Graves.

A former Army Medic who served a total of 23 years, working in both medical and training throughout my career.

Since completing my service I moved into the Education and Training sector, firstly in the logistics sector, where I am well tuned into the needs of businesses when it comes to both training and employee Well-being and now working as a Mental Health Instructor, Management Consultant and assessor.

I have a passion for Mental Health Awareness and training and so after completing the MHFA course in 2019, the next logical step was to offer some of my experiences and skills in delivering the course to others.
