Online Mental Health First Aid offers the same learning outcomes as the face to face training and every person who completes the course will be certified as a Mental Health First Aider.
The Online Mental Health First Aid course is a blended approach of individual learning and four instructor-led live sessions, hosted on an Online Learning Hub.
As a training course, Mental Health First Aid teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. The organisation’s courses and resources also promote self-care as vital way for people to help protect their mental health and prevent issues from getting worse.
The blended learning of the course allows for a more flexible approach and can be tailored to suit the needs of an organisation. An overview of the sessions are covered below and as long as people have the time to carry out the individual learning sessions, the live sessions can be delivered at a time and day suitable to meet your organisation’s needs.
These courses are aimed at both individuals and organisations.
Organisations are encouraged to contact LC Partnership Ltd directly as we may be able to deliver directly to their staff on work premises as this may prove to be more cost effective for them. Alternatively they can ask their employees to book individually.
Individuals are encouraged to book their courses online and choose the dates they are interested in attending.
